Formed in 1988, in Houston, Texas, PacoTech has

The Harris County Archives is pleased to announce the completed processing of the Justice of the Peace, Precinct 1, Civil Case Files (1889 – 1920)
Processed with the substantial assistance of ARMA Houston and PacoTech, 124 cubic feet of civil case files document the lives and conflicts of ordinary citizens in Houston, Texas, in the late 19th and early 20th centuries.
